Pros
This organization placed in the top ten Best Places to Work 2023, and for good reason! If you like sports, you will LOVE working here. If you do not like sports, you can still have a great time here, especially if you like the whole work had play hard thing. People who work here are smart, professional, and fun. Everyone is really nice and loves to socialize. Leadership is easy to talk to and relatively unproblematic, not your usual Corporate America Sociopaths; It's easy to ask questions, and you don't get screamed at. And best of all? Casual dress. Really comfortable working environment, leadership wants you to be happy and healthy so that you can do your best work.
Cons
One thing I want to address is there is a review below mine which says nobody is checking to see what time you get in in the morning. This is not true; there are indeed people walking up and down the aisles and people will notice if you are not at your desk.
This is such a great place to work, the only cons I can think of are the same at almost every place you go: clients can be annoying, diversity and inclusion is not the best... welcome to Corporate America.
