If you don't, they will find anything possible to force you to quit the job. - Using the working visa to threaten the employee to work extra hours, They will promise to give you working permit - Not even give 20 days paid legal holiday, If they give you holiday, they will find another reason to deduct your salary to force you to not apply for any holidays. - No sick pay, Praying to be healthy, if you are sick, they will deduct the huge amount of salary from you.
