Doing so, whether through employee surveys, ongoing manager/employee feedback, bi-weekly all staff townhalls, our anonymous Intranet question box, or through our HR and Executive teams, has led to many positive changes over the last couple of years. We have been an organization experiencing a high level of growth, which presents a unique set of challenges. While we did experience a period of high turnover in the past, we are pleased to say we have achieved a rate of standard industry turnover now, directly as a result of listening to and implementing feedback from our people. We have made many positive changes, including the implementation of an executive team to provide corporate culture oversight, yearly employee engagement surveys, coaching for senior leaders, the implementation of a project management organizational structure, a learning and development budget for each staff member, laptops for all staff members, significant upgrades to our IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems, and a culture that embraces a healthy work/life balance mindset, including a flexible approach to remote work. Change can take time, and we want to make sure we get it right for our valued team members.
