Compensation: Pay is good as compared to job market in KSA
Flexibility: There is still some flexibility arround working hours
Work Culture: Due to DH envolvement, there is open culture to shape your team and introduce new practices.
Tech Leads & PMs: Staff Engineers and Product Managers are really technical and humble.
Remote Working Days: 30 Remote working days anually is good to work from abroad.
Cons
Work From Office Policy: Really annoyed by working from office policy, hybrid policy gave much more flexibility. Management has no discussion with employees over productivity of this decision, just a policy enforced.
No consistency around WFO policy and timings: There is lot of noise arround working from office still many employees work mostly from home or come really late.
Riyadh office issues:
1. Lack of meeting rooms.
2. Lack of washrooms.
3. No dedicated parking some, there is reserved space for some honourable employees, who even come late to office yet there car space is reserved, while people coming early roam arround in streets and leave cars in scorching heat.
Higher Management issues: Rather than focusing on there job, there more focus is who comes in office or not.
