Pros
Working with world class technology and people to pioneer a new category. The problems to be solved here are big and can have a positive impact on people and companies. The market demand seems to be big. It's also pretty amazing to have people like Bob Ballard and Ray Stata so closely associated with the Company and such supportive investors.
Cons
Growing pains that you'd expect at a fast-growing startup where processes may not be as well defined. There is a lot going on, driven by huge customer demand, and that can mean being stretched or working long hours but hey, that's what it's like at a startup and I'd rather have a lot to juggle than not enough.
