Pros
Before the merger/acquisition I felt that my ideas were heard. I felt I could affect change in this organization. It truly had been the best place I've ever worked.
Cons
They're going through a merger/acquisition. This has caused a number of employees to either find other employment or to be completely freaked out about whether they will have a job in the next six months. It has become quite stressful.
