      Pros

      The company gives great benefits including 5 weeks of PTO, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, tuition assistance and a 6% 401k match of 125%.

      Cons

      Mid level management will ask you to work nights/weekends even if you’re a salaried employee to cut costs. You really have to put your foot down or they will have you working 7 days a week.

      Cutthroat culture that does not care about employees or their well being, focus on profit at the expense of people, continuous layoffs and outsourcing initiatives
