Pros

- Great place to learn/build a foundation. - Get to touch lots of projects and some cool clients - Cool office and perks - Great people and collaborative vibe - Ability to grow and specialize role based on strengths, experience and interests - Working for another vendor after this and also going client side you see that they really "get it", do things the right way and have a solid process to ensure quality work and you learn good habits after moving on.

Cons

- Pay is just ok - Depending on manager/team, experiences can vary - Occasional long hours, but no more or less than rest of industry

Pros

Some of the people are smart and cool.

Cons

Compensation is well below market, with little to no raises, promotions, or bonuses — even while employees work constant nights and weekends. Work-life balance is poor, and being “always on” is treated as an expectation rather than an exception. NDAs were imposed retroactively, and former employees were allegedly subjected to legal intimidation involving their next employers. The culture is dominated by toxic positivity. Real concerns are minimized in favor of forced optimism, and issues like burnout and understaffing are consistently brushed aside rather than addressed. Workload expectations are unrealistic. Chronic understaffing and poor planning make long hours the norm, yet overtime is not compensated. Employees are gaslit into believing the workload is normal instead of being supported. Communication is unclear and micromanagement is common — at times even requiring employees to notify their team about every doctor’s appointments or taking a full hour for your lunch break. Diversity is extremely lacking, with little evidence of meaningful inclusion efforts.
