The work we do matters; We are truly helping people I love my co-workers, very smart colleagues WFH is wonderful, and the company provides a small stipend Reasonable quotas/metrics to hit

Cons

Pay is fair, but it's startup-- less than I could make elsewhere, but I believe in the mission and the long-term value of my options. The hours can be long Management sometimes has favorites

Fun job, lots of networking and meeting new people. Amazing resources for marketing to channel partners. Budget to help support partner events and sponsorships. Great benefits Great pay for those exceeding quota.

Cons

Can be a stressful environment. Any sales job can be.

- Favoritism - Toxic corporate-like environment - Immature managers - Poor/toxic support once you finish training - Training is too short for all information you must learn. - You take a big test after training - Micromanaging - Badmouthing and backstabbing - Asking for help you get passive aggressive responses from people who could care less despite it their job to help you. - Negative and competitive coworkers
