Pros
Small size of the firm, that's why everybody knows each other personally
Friendly atmosphere
Very popular among students who are looking for coops/internships
Fair bit of opportunities to attend networking events (conferences, workshops etc) through the company
One of the very few companies in Canada who can be classified as a Social Enterprise (taking advantage of the best that NGOs and commercial businesses have to offer)
Cons
The pay scale of full time employees is lower than industry standards
There is little room for promotion or to move up the ladder
The office space is not neatly organized
