Strange conversation with one of their recruiter. When the discussion come in the salary area, she starting laughing..... weird! I wrote these from the candidate perspective, for one of their clients. Even after their recruiter start laughing talking about salary, I accepted to move forward on the recruitment process. One of their client HR staff set-up an online meeting. At the time of the meeting, nobody from the client show up, nobody attend to the meeting. Since then, no sign or excuses from the client or from the Human Direct. This is how the Human Direct understand to treat the candidates.
