      - Nice working space and office culture - Working equipment - Team buildings

      Cons

      - There is no organization across teams at all - Never got any evaluation of work and performance during employment - HR persons are responsible only for hiring new people - CEO of company is constantly listening for gossip and not focusing on more important issues within company - Company hires and fires people without clear overview of the company goals

      Strong leadership, world wide team, amazing benefits, WFH, fast growing and constant room to grow and learn as an employee, everyone cares deeply about our customers

      Can be challenging work where you wear multiple hats but some may love this as time flies when you are busy
