There's room for improvement to keep employees happier

- Flexible schedule. - Good co-workers.

- Really low salary. - A lot of micromanagement. - Low budget for everything (tools, lunch, installations). - The office is an old house, so it is not the best environment for working. - No parking spaces (you need to park on the street). - Lack of project management (priorities are not really defined, it is really difficult to find documentation)
