Pros

Not much to say, salary is paid as when due

Cons

Toxic environment to work in. A place where the ‘’salary’’ becomes the sole motivation as politics and favoritism is at its peak in the organization. There is no structure in the company. Not career-centric as there is no career growth. It is impossible to build a career here as you would be stuck in one role for years without any promotion even when merited. Scaling up and career progression is almost impossible because of a lot of internal politics and favoritism. QAs and Team Leads suck up to Project Managers and Operations Leads for career advancement. Those in management positions LACK empathy. They deliver unpleasant news while chuckling in between and making jest of others’ insecurities and untold pain and hardship. Agents get rewarded for their good work by being engaged with more work with no compensation. It’s almost absurd to be very efficient and effective as it suggests ‘’treading on evil grounds’’. ‘’Intimidation’’ is a norm in the company as Project Managers and Leads perpetuate this act openly. Imagine resolving an issue by saying ‘’I don’t want to hear this from anyone else, the outcome will not be palatable’’. When people are hand-picked for pay raises, they threaten them by saying ‘’We don’t want others to hear about this or it would be reviewed’’. By turning a blind eye to these happenings, the Management is in support of these illicit actions. If this is the ''future of work'', then we are heading for our doom.
