- company leadership say they want honest feedback but never action any of it
- claim to value people but are more interested in cutting costs and looking lean at the expense of highly skilled employees
- loves the shiny new things they buy year after year but never give any love to existing products, just demand they work by over taxing the teams that they are pushed onto
- performance review criteria are confused and not aligned across the company, with employees graded against each other and not if you do a good job or not
- if you do not want to constantly push for promotion then you are a low performer but when you do push for promotion there has to be a "business need"
- painfully US centric for a global company.
