The dev team is very talented and supportive. I was given the encouragement to take on ambitious and challenging tasks and was given ample support on the way to accomplishing them. My experience here really helped me grow to become a better engineer. The leadership team is also ambitious and plan to grow the company to great heights. The team is also flexible and open to working from different timezones, routines, etc.

There's tech debt, which sometimes bottlenecks development of new features. But incorporating feature development along with improving code quality poses interesting challenges for devs to solve!

There really are endless reasons I enjoy working at Hubly - the culture & the leadership just can't be beat. As for the culture, from your first day at the job, everyone is super welcoming and is always there to be a helping hand. It is a fast paced environment where you are collaborating with many different people to complete a variety projects. Due to this, there's so much room for learning and growth along the way. Both Ron and Louis are amazing mentors, and give important advice - they are always there to listen to any type of input or questions you may have. They are super strategy-oriented and transparent with their journey. Lastly, they are very flexible with when and where you work (of course within reason) and just truly trust every employee.

A fast-paced, ever-changing environment is not for everyone! Not necessarily a con, just something to be aware of as Hubly is a company that will continue to grow, and grow very quickly.
