- Location - Hours - Values - Culture - Employees - Dog friendly - ROWE This place is truly what you make it. There is a lot of opportunity to learn new skills if you are willing to do so. Gumption here isn't an inconvenience and innovation is heavily encouraged. Adaptation is necessary for longevity and will inspire growth professionally and personally. By far the most impactful organization I have ever had the opportunity to work for.
Cons
-PTO is difficult to take without getting behind. -PTO does not increase w/ years there and must be used for sick/bereavement/personal as well. - The environment may be hard for an introvert to adapt to.
