After 3 years at HubOs working hybrid, I love being part of this company. The management is incredibly supportive and fair, my colleagues have a great team spirit, and the projects are always fresh and exciting. There’s a lot of positive momentum here right now!

With so many exciting new projects and rapid growth, there can occasionally be some growing pains. Processes and communication channels sometimes have to play catch-up with the fast pace of change.

The environment is like a start up but "friends/small town" owned. Easy to work with the team if you speak Spanish. You have the freedom to bring new ideas and develop them.

The environment is like a start up but "friends/small town" owned. Very Spanish oriented, you can only work there if you speak Spanish fluently. Not much budget. Not very opened to ideas that require some kind of investment (outsource etc).
