Pros

You're able to make commission based on how much you sell.

Cons

Upper management is constantly changing the commission structure, They can't provide all the details/ or clear concise information in regard to their employees pay structure. They roll out commission structures without having everything set in stone, or giving their employees the full details. They dont pay comission checks on payout dates, and management doesn't relay this information to their employees until payday.

Great leadership, great team work, The best co- workers- decent salaries & always room to advance, a little bit of the old boy network when up for advancement, dependent on who do you know or buddies with.

Cons

Always changing and moving things around , even when all is working. Needing more loyalty to the employees
