Pros
It's a big company and the market leader. Great medical and health care plans and flexible work hours and places. An important tool for garnering that feedback is the Huawei pulse survey. This provides a confidential and consistent means for employees across Huawei to rate their experience with the company. I would recommend Huawei as a good place to work and would encourage people to join Huawei.
Cons
It has all the downsides that all big companies tend to have.People promoted based on how well they suck up vs. performance.Technical staff were offered no advancement beyond a certain level of income / staff grading.
