Pros
You get a hands-on experience with all the NEs of the technology you are assigned on, a lot of documentation, great RND support (not all of them)
Cons
No balance in professional/personal life, a lot of overtime work not payed, a very bad inter-departments communications, everybody wants the glory, chinese bosses are very mean, poor management, if you are not staff member there are not much benefits
