Above average salary for non Chinese staff. Non Chinese staff employed directly by Huawei are largely left alone and not bullied like the Chinese or the contractors.
Cons
No career prospects unless you are from the Chinese headquarters. Very unethical company in many respects. No respect for non Chinese culture.
