Pros
The environment is friendly and the employees are sincerely interested in helping each other make the company a good place to work. Salary seems to be commensurate to the location (Fort Worth) with good benefits as well. Low turnover considering the size of the company.
Cons
This is a small, family owned company so the opportunity to advance are slim. No women or POC in upper management.
