      I have found this company to be very employee focused

      The hiring process is long and complicated. They want to make sure, they are hiring capable people so, I thinks is understandable, but sometimes I even felt ghosted because there were no feedback or communication in days after my interviews.

      Remote Job. You can go weeks without speaking to anyone.

      Completely closed-minded people. Not at all understanding. Wage discrimination.
