Pros

Good stepping stone if your starting out in insurance. Offers CII training. Fair amount of progression opportunity. But only really if you're willing to move to different areas around the country.

Cons

Very inflexible, no hybrid option and poor staff benefits. Tried to improve lately, but largely this is a dressed up bottom end scheme that doesn't really offer much. More of a "On paper looks good" measure, so employment packages look a little better. Don't really offer anything of any real value to their employees.
