Pros
I started at Assured Futures with no prior experience in Financial Services in an administration role. This allowed me to develop my knowledge to a point where I was encouraged to take an advisory role which provided me with much greater earning potential. I have been supported to obtain qualifications (at the companies cost) which have also greatly benefited me, financially and knowledge wise. Throughout the pandemic the company looked for ways to improve flexible working and to encourage staff wellbeing, to a point now where we are working fully flexibly. If you are prepared to work hard, the company will meet you half way to ensure there is a forward path, both in terms of job role but also income.
