Company holds no moral standards (don't expect to be proud working here) No training or onboarding - not a joke (no one cares if you do well or don't) Upper management is ABSOLUTELY CLUELESS/delusional in every aspect imaginable ZERO team effort - no one cares to help you Extremely toxic and negative people who are oblivious to their behavior People in positions at all levels are misinformed, untalented, smug, childish No incentives, so sales trips - I NEVER SAW A COMP PLAN but was always promised it was coming Promises to staff consistently broken President will come into the room and swear at every individual without caring how that affects the culture Speaking of culture, there is no culture. Everyone hates their lives in this office It's a boys club up top - don't expect to advance unless you're in that club Authority given to the wrong, MOST TOXIC people in existence Departments are all in separate offices, naturally creating silos People who have been here for 4+ years are the core problem - most have not worked for another sports team so they have NO IDEA how to collaborate (everyone resistant to change), communicate or be open-minded EXTREME amount of turnover
