Very flat organization with one owner that makes all decisions. They tend to operate on appearances - how things are perceived from the outside without really focusing on what is reality - feels like their head is in the sand. They seeem to only make changes that make them look good to clients. Open office is actually everyone in one area, except Mark Hourigan and Todd Donaldon - they have their own office areas separate from eveyone else; that tells you everything you need to know from a culture standpoint. Very little diversity - women are only at accounting or admin positions. PM's and precon are not supported if you ask for help - the expectation is to work crazy hours to get things done - but those that do work long hours are not promoted - if you are good at delegating work then you will do well here.
