Pros

Vibrant and friendly company culture, with a great mix of employees with various skills and abilities from a variety of multicultural backgrounds

Cons

On the rare occasion I wish we could be more nimble in our decision making from a senior leadership level, but this also stems from working with a large Global Company, Orbitz Worldwide of which there are a large amount of pros to be grateful for as well

Pros

The people that work at HotelClub are fantastic, they are super intelligent and specialists in their fields of work, which makes knowledge sharing fun. The culture is relaxed, supportive, challenging, constantly changing & there is loads of work to do, but the people that work at HotelClub make the company standout by miles. There is minimal politics played here and the company fosters an open and straightforward culture, making it easier to communicate with each other. Many people at HotelClub know how to work hard but they also know how to play hard. The company has many employee sessions/events where everyone gets to know each other that little bit more making it a nice environment to be in.

Cons

There is so much work to be done that this can at times cause exhaustion if people do not take some time for themselves, the company works on very limited resources and the expectations are huge, so this workplace suits people who like to be challenged every day.

Pros

1, Diversity of people coming from all parts of the world. New ideas, perspectives, working style, backgrounds, traditions etc. One quote that sum it all up: "One's destination is never a place, but a new way of seeing things." 2, Small team and close interactions - things moves really fast in an online business. The teams here are small and nimble. This means new ideas can be easily bought up to management, get a decision made, and move on. 3, Truely international business with offices across many countries in APAC, head office in Chicago and sister brands in Europe. 4, Growing business with new career opportunities all the time. 5, Supportive and experienced management team with very 'down to earth' personalities

Cons

1, Hotelclub is a growing company, so some processes and checklists aren't always there. You'll have to make your own processes and systems. 2, Working with Chicago, Asia, and EU can mean early calls or late finishes.
