- If your superior level loves you. They will hire you with the highest salary your position can get in Thailand. Don't need a good performance to achieve. Just be talkative. Such a good profit!!! - If you are a foreigner, It's a good opportunity that you will get a high salary in the first place.
Cons
- Doesn't have any good benefits compares with other startups in Thailand. - Delay salary almost every month. (with just an announcement once) - HR & Admin department is an id*ot, work like in the '70s and bad at their work in every step of their communication (but they're really good with a lie). - Doesn't sure about the Hot Token (cryptocurrency) that they work on is a good thing or not. They promised they will give it to you, but it has gone with the wind at the last.
