leadership is driven by investors, no consistency with strategy or direction, constant changes, no interest in HR or employee well-being, HR itself is a joke
The company prides itself with being "fast-growing" and "driven" - but these phrases only cover up the ever present lack of consistent leadership. People and whole teams are let go on the fly, impactful business decisions are taken without explanations or reasoning.
Senior staff with years of expertise is treated with no respect - even going the extra mile for the company is simply considered mandatory. "Hustling" like it's a start-up with 10 employees while this became one of the largest hosting companies leads to poor service delivery and customer experience. Everyone is expected to do everything. Any efforts to bring structure, processes or clear guidance is smashed by ad-hoc management decisions and change of direction.
Navigating this company is a pain. I can not recommend working here - especially if you are interested in consistency and a stable work environment.
