Self obsessed founders who have zero work life balance and expect you to work constantly. Furthermore, there was a lack of flexibility and understanding when it came to personal commitments. Requests for time off or adjustments to the schedule were often met with resistance or ignored altogether. It felt as if the company prioritized work over the well-being and personal lives of its employees. Another aspect that contributed to the poor work-life balance was the absence of clear boundaries between work and personal time. I frequently received work-related messages and emails during evenings, weekends, and even vacations. This made it nearly impossible to disconnect and recharge, leading to burnout and a decline in overall job satisfaction. Overall, my experience at HostGPO was marred by an unhealthy work-life balance. The excessive workload, lack of flexibility, and constant intrusion on personal time made it difficult to maintain a healthy and fulfilling life outside of work. I would caution anyone considering employment with HostGPO to carefully evaluate their priorities and expectations before making a commitment.
