Hard to think of anything good to say. It seems like a great place to work at first. Upper management seems friendly and helpful, but it's nothing like that in reality. The only genuine positive thing I can say is that they have a decent budget for business lunches and the office pantry.

Taking a job here was the worst decision of my career. Managers are the most duplicitous and incompetent people you could ever imagine. They only reward the most fawning sycophants. They excuse unethical and illegal behavior by their favorites even though those same people were rude to tenants and undermined our leasing goals. Managers were oblivious to the real problems and would only slap band-aids on festering wounds while trying to deflect blame anywhere they could.
