Pros
Front line staff are hard grafters
Volunteers are dedicated
Customers are generous
Cons
Higher management have no idea now to run a charity, they employ mindless immature people to try and help run retail side of things when they have zero experience.
Management spend a lot of the charity’s profits buying ‘new goods’ to fill shops, then end up throwing or doing tip runs with the good quality donated items!
There is no consideration to staff on the front line, no compassion no working ‘together ‘to get jobs done, a lot of pressure and I’m better then you vibes!
