Terrible. Don’t do it. - Commercial Business Manager Horizon Power Employee Review

Noisy pods, no allocated quiet area and a Manager that didn’t know how to use the software, forgot to ‘share’ access to the main folder for 5 weeks and provided no support or training. They should have been pensioned off 10 years ago, but it’s a govt owned business so as long as the seat is warm they get paid. The team only knows the very basics of excel and everything the long way, and are opposed to improving processes.
