Bankers hours, promotes volunteering in community, plenty of training and ongoing training tools, available options for growth.
Cons
Management was very poor. Poor attitude, at times unprofessional, rude, would not hesitate to throw team under the bus. Despite complaints to upper management by many staff members, nothing was ever done. Very poor working environment.
