Pros

The mission is great, and so are the average employees.

Cons

Upper management is a mess. They recently lost two of the best coworkers I've had, and their replacements have been unable to keep up with the quality of work that was done previously. They micro-manage, overwork, and undervalue those of us keeping things afloat. We were all much better off last year before certain hires.

Pros

Working at Hope Ignites has been a rewarding experience. Being part of a mission that truly changes lives is something special. The team here is outstanding: everyone is extremely knowledgeable, supportive, and easy to work with. Even though it’s a lean staff, the collaboration is strong and the environment is genuinely positive. The hybrid schedule offers great flexibility, and because of the smaller team size, you have the opportunity to take on meaningful, high-impact projects that you might not get to touch in a larger organization. It's a great place to grow your skills while doing work that really matters.

Cons

As it's a non-profit, the teams are small so you're doing a great deal of work during busy times of the year.

Cool mission, great building and amenities for the kids

Cons

Awful, insecure managers. Was fired after 2 weeks with no explanation.
