Pros
- It's clear everyone at the Company cares deeply about the mission - hard not to be inspired by the work here. - Culture is great, as everyone is collegial and supportive (one-team mentality for sure) - It's a very niche industry, and HopSkipDrive is one of the largest players, so it feels like we're well positioned to grow. - It's a fast-paced environment where you're always working on a ton of different things (keeps things exciting for me) - Leadership is strong, values transparency, and gives you a lot of leeway to do your job
Cons
It's still in startup mode at times - things move fast, priorities change, tools and data aren't always there when you need them. Just depends on if you thrive in this kind of environment.
