      Pros

      Flexible hours, hospital was nice and had nicer equipment and resources, patients generally received good care

      Cons

      No support from upper leadership. I was extremely overworked and underpaid. Everyday I came home and my entire body throbbed and ached. They will "low work load" scheduled staff to save money and leave remaining staff to high patient ratios.

      Outpatient Therapy varies by location but management is approachable and group comradery is mostly good.

      Cons

      Lower pay compared to local competitors. Vacation and benefits are middling.
