Pros

-Great pay/benefits -Company culture is great and very diverse. -Mission is great -It's a job where I personally feel I can make a difference in our clients' lives. -The majority of my co-workers are willing to go out of their way to help when things get chaotic. -Lunch and snacks/drinks provided.

Cons

-Communication all around is lacking, even within the same teams. One manager will tell you one thing and another will tell you the complete opposite. People work over one another without checking to see if something is being worked before starting on it. Clients complain about the lack of communication they receive in regards to staffing because we're quick to staff a visit but no follow up occurs. Communication as a whole needs to improve. -HR provides clear expectations with Care Pro staff, including providing a handbook. This is not the case for "HQ" employees and it's highly needed, especially with the amount of new staff we always seem to have. -Requests for support feels like it falls on deaf ears. I have expressed the need for help for literal months now and nothing has changed. This has been brought up in my 1:1's frequently as well. -Recent layoffs after a year of, what felt like, constant hiring has created a very odd climate within the Frontline. -Constant changes to workflows and within the leads/management team changes insanely fast. I have been with the company 2 years and on my 4th manager. Makes it very difficult to form any kind of "relationship" with the manager, much less build trust or make one feel comfortable in bringing sensitive matters/concerns to management. -While Honor aims at being transparent, they fall short. We have an entire wiki to assist with how to handle issues with clients/Care Pros but you can't find that information about your own job and that is highly odd to me. I have never worked for any corporation/healthcare related job where expectations were not only made clear, but could be found somewhere in writing. -Unless you want to merge into being a lead/manager or move into client management from Frontline, there is no real room for growth. -In respect to the Frontline Leads; it very much feels like the majority were promoted too fast within their employment and, as such, micromanage everything. -Frontline employees often have to deal with high stress emergency/escalations however Honor does not offer any type of stress management training at all. It's just expected that you recover quickly and move on to your next call/issue. You may get a "shoutout" but you won't be offered any means of knowing how to deal with the stress that builds up over time after taking emergency after emergency through the day.

Pros

Coworkers are great because you're going through the same thing together. With that being said, proceed to the cons

Cons

Where do I start? - Poor Management - Poor Leadership - Poor Operations - No room for growth - Extremely small pay - No overtime pay but expected to work 14 hour days - Zero work life balance - Can't go to your Manager with a concern without being placed on a PIP because they're ready to fire anyone for no reason - Turning Homecare into Amazon - Can care less about the Caregivers. PAY THEM MORE!!!! They claim to but they can really care less about them - To put the cherry on top, they like to approved requested time off and then reverse it after being approved and tell you that you can't go on your approved time off because you need to work holidays.
