1. company is family-based, every department will have relative relationship with the boss 2. all given task are last minute and always changing and no proper system to manage it 3. poor management and the boss only focus on sales but not his staff 4. don't have a proper/valid SOP toward their staff and driver 5. HR don't have a proper system to handle their staff, staff had resigned but HR know nothing and still pay the salary for resigned staff 6. full of paper work and no system at all, even you apply leave have to use paper to apply too 7. no attractive benefit at all, and petrol claim are very very low for own staff 8. no career opportunities here due to whole company is family relation
