Pros

Hard to say, i will say if you are a new grad and want to learn in slow motion with really limited responsabilities and are willing to spend a while with no professional grow it is a really good place to work, you can get in touch with multiple engineering tools and information available, great for self learners.

Cons

No professional grow, careless managment, in our case we were a metric for one of the sites so it doesen't matter if we are not doing anything we just charge the hours so they can say they are global working site, You could spend months without job, of course at evaluation they argue that you didn't had a project to evaluate you.

Pros

The team is great and people are excited to have you there. You are given value-added work and projects week 1. There are a lot of other interns at both the graduate and undergraduate level so there is a strong sense of intern community and support. If you have to relocate for the internship, complete housing is provided (they find you an apartment and pay for everything - results on the apartment itself may vary but are generally close to the office).

Cons

Varying start dates led to varying first day experience. The onboarding day for those who had it day 1 was great, but some interns got it after their first week and had little direction day 1.
