- No Pipeline, seriously bad, in the enterprise segment no one is hitting quota they way over hired.
- While the product is great the ICP is small and the space is crowded. For many prospect it’s like buying a Ferrari when you need a minivan
- I honestly don’t know what marketing is doing there is absolutely no top of funnel lead flow.
- We spend all our time try to drive people to our events but all we get is our existing customers and it’s like preaching to the choir.
- there will always be an incumbent and there is very little pain it’s very mature market.
- Territories are a mess, it’s a weird pod structure and accounts are assigned at random with know distinguishable reason, you’ll rely on a couple randomly assigned existing accounts to grow and the hope of a net new which are few and far between.
