Pros
Well my manager and service manager cared alot about there employees and their well being for the most part. - pay is decent for the position -co workers were very nice and taught me alot -company events are enjoyable and paid which was nice (depending on the shop you work for) -work flow stays fluent but depending on the seasons and shop -very impressive inspection procedure
Cons
-Corporate cares very little for the well being of their employees especially managers but the stress trickles down to the bottom so it caused high work place stress making work not very enjoyable. (except the CFO she's amazing) - lack of communication. This go's for Corporate and management there is a heavy lack of communication throughout the whole company causing conflicts constantly - somthing I call the carrot on a string. For example "were gonna give you this position as long as you do XYZ" then you do XYZ and they give you an excuse or more do to, to get to that position just to repeat that cycle i saw this in every position from management to CSR to technician - pay. Pay is a pro as well but if you wish to advance it's like going through an obstacle course and takes forever for approval if it gets approved at all - AI implementation causing conflicts in the work place. Being a CSR at honest one is extremely easy your tickets are often handed to you on a silver platter making it extremely easy to sell but there's an ai implementation connected to the phones that flags and emails your managers who HAVE to write you up for the smallest things (i don't have an example and im sure this very's between shop) as well as an AI that "helps" with scheduling often causing conflicts and overlapping waiting appointments that cause wait times to accrue quickly meaning more angry customers and less likely sales for smaller jobs - Corporate micro management. Corporate expectations are extremely high for the industry they are in they expect the shop to be cleaner than a surgery room which in this industry is relatively impossible as well as the extreme micro management of thr managers themselves causing stress to once again trickle down to the bottom - laziness from higher-ups. Management can be extremely lazy commonly found on tiktok unless corporate is there
