      Benefits package, possibility for overtime, and company vehicle (permanent employees only)

      Cons

      Promotion is NOT performance-based as they make you believe. Management promote based on favorites and pass over more tenured, experienced and qualified individuals. Several EEOC law suits due to discrimination of sexual orientation, gender and race. Notified of mandatory over-time in less than 48 hours.

      Decent pay and free snacks

      Cons

      Inadequate training( you're placed on phones from day 1), toxic culture (I'm positive my trainers were gaslighting me to quit), zero support when you need it (and you'll always need it and NO ONE available). Micro-managed to the point where all of your breaks are scheduled to the minute and if you go over, you're "out of compliance". And you'll be out of compliance on EVERYTHING. It's why they only use staffing agencies and have higher than normal turnovers.
