With HONDA, we developed our work attitude in such a way with integrity, discipline, result oriented, accuracy, and innovative. All well organized, documented, structured to move forward and make a decision. No doubt this company culture will encourage internal resource to be promoted and empowered to lead.
Cons
Hard work culture, with many tasks at once to consider to work long hours. Not that easy and quick to be a manager, it gonna need sometime to learn, perform and get assessed for promotion. But no worries, the benefit is really good to support family needs.
