It is positive to see you sharing your experience as a current team member and I am pleased that you are finding the management at the hotel are good and that you have a lot to learn. Our industry is one where we are all continuing to learn every day but to help you (and our managers) we will be focusing on internal training sessions and working with Bath and Wiltshire College over the coming months. Being success driven is a good description of how we are at Homewood and we have always aimed for our team to see our success is not just measured by happy guests or ‘£’ signs but also by an engaged and motivated team.
