It is positive to see you sharing your experience as a current team member and I am pleased that you are finding the management at the hotel are good and that you have a lot to learn. Our industry is one where we are all continuing to learn every day but to help you (and our managers) we will be focusing on internal training sessions and working with Bath and Wiltshire College over the coming months. As we continue to focus on our team culture at Homewood we are looking to upskill our teams but also our Managers so that you see them go from being good to being great!
