The training is interactive and extremely helpful. Once done with training, the managers are there for you the entire time. They do whatever they can to make sure you succeed. Your success is their main priority. I never worked for a company who invests so much time to make sure their employees are successful in every aspect, inside and outside of work. They never gave up on me when I was struggling. Instead, they worked with me to improve on my flaws. They conduct interactive training's every week with new and fun ways to do our job.
