Pros

Good culture, good management, good support. Work day goes by quickly. The day is broken into 4 quarters with breaks and lunch. You're given freedom in making your sales calls. You have the opportunity to perform well and earn more.

Cons

Pay: Salary could be a little higher. Lead distribution system could be changed a bit. Two weeks vacation would be better, or at least in your second year. As in any other advertising, some clients don't do well and don't get a good ROI.
