9yHomes.com has an Open Door policy, where we strongly encourage employees to share concerns and opportunities for improvement with company management. This Open Door policy is very important to me personally, and I would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to learn more about the specific issues that you've identified.
I do have to say the claim that "no one cares about actually getting things done" does not ring true with what I see from the great majority of our employees on a daily basis. I see employees who care deeply our business, who are passionate about serving our users and customers, and work very hard every day to improve our technology, processes and products. I know that we have had a number of employees working nights and weekends over the past several months to help with technology upgrades and a large-scale database migration, for example. I appreciate their dedication and commitment to getting this work done.
But I also know that there is always room for improvement. And I encourage employees to please help us do that in a transparent and collaborative way.
